Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd, trading as Jetstar, is an Australian low-cost airline (self-described as "value based") headquartered in Melbourne. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qantas, created in response to the threat posed by low-cost airline Virgin Blue.
As of May 2025, Jetstar operates the following aircraft: Airbus A320, Airbus A321, Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
Jetstar is operating flights from/to 40 airports in 12 countries: Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Singapore, Cook Islands, South Korea, Vietnam, Fiji and other destinations.
