WINDROSE airlines (legal name: Wind Rose Aviation Company), is a Ukrainian charter airline based at Boryspil International Airport. The airline's headquarters is in Kiev; it operates charter flights to destinations in Europe, Turkey, Israel and Egypt. The airline also operates a number of scheduled passenger flights.
