Kenneth Kaunda International Airport is an international airport in Lusaka, Zambia.The airport is the largest in Zambia and serves as a hub for its region. It was officially known as the Lusaka International Airport before being renamed in 2011 in honour of Kenneth Kaunda, the nation's first president. The airport has a capacity of two million passengers per year, but with the addition of the new passenger terminal to come in 2021, the capacity will be increased to 6 million. The airport serves as a hub for Proflight Zambia, a regional carrier in Zambia.
