Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) has updated its schedule for long-haul flights between Kiev and New York. Thus, starting with the autumn season 2021, the airline plans to resume flights to the USA.
At the time of editing this article, the airline's flight schedule shows 1 daily flight. This schedule is a flexible one, the company will adjust it until the end of 2021 taking into account the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the travel restrictions situation.
UIA has said it will closely monitor the economic recovery in the US and Ukraine, as well as the global responses to the Covid pandemic by governments in other countries and in other European countries. Additional factors to consider include the political situation in the Caucasus, which recently led to the cancellation of UIA flights to Yerevan, Baku and Tbilisi - important passenger sources for the route Kiev - New York - Kiev.
The combination of these many factors will have an impact on how the UIA will fly to America. For the updated program, check the schedule on the airline's website or here: Non-stop flights schedule.
