Biman Bangladesh Airlines (Bengali: বিমান বাংলাদেশ এয়ারলাইন্স) is the national flag carrier of Bangladesh, having its main hub at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka with its flights also operating from its secondary hubs at Shah Amanat International Airport in Chittagong as well as Osmani International Airport in Sylhet. The headquarters of the airline, Balaka Bhaban, is located in Kurmitola, in the northern part of Dhaka. Biman Bangladesh Airlines is certified as safe to fly in Europe by the European Aviation Safety Agency.
Biman Bangladesh Airlines is operating flights from/to 31 airports in 16 countries: Bangladesh, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, Oman, Turkey, United Kingdom, Thailand, China and other destinations.
