The safest, most convenient and accessible online payment method is the bank card.
Payment for low-cost air tickets can be made online on www.zbordirect.com, during booking or via a payment link provided by a ZborDirect agent. Payment is accepted from VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO cards.
Transactions are processed under maximum security conditions, without any additional charge. Payments are accepted via the terminal of our partner - Victoriabank, part of Banca Transilvania Group.
The card may be in any international currency. Cards issued by any bank in any country are accepted.
To make the payment, enter the card holder's data (it may be different from the passenger's), number, expiration date, and CVV2 / CVC2 code of your card.
CVV is a 3-digit security code printed on the back of the card. The number usually is printed with italic font in the area with your signature. Some cards do not have this code printed, in this case you can find the code by calling the bank phone number shown on your card.
If the payment can not be processed, please read the error message - here you will find details about the cause of the transaction cancellation. In majority of cases, payment can not be processed for 3 reasons:
- Insufficient funds on card;
- Card number, expiration date, or CVV code were entered incorrectly;
- The card is not yet activated by the bank, or is blocked.
To check the status of your card - you must call the phone number shown on the card. The customer support of most banks works non-stop - 24/24.
If your card has sufficient funds, it is not blocked, the data entered is correct - and the payment can not be processed, please contact us.
After processing the payment, the electronic payment and travel documents will be sent to the email address entered in the booking. Confirmation of the ticket takes place at the time of payment. The confirmation message will be sent to email within maximum 1 hour from payment.
