Chișinau Eugen Doga International Airport located 13 km (8.1 mi) southeast of the centre of Chisinau, the capital city. It is the only airport in the country that handles scheduled passenger flights. It serves as operational base for FlyOne and HiSky. From 18 January 2024 the IATA airport code KIV, derived from Kishinev (the Russian name of the city) was changed to RMO. On July 17, 2025, the airport was given the name Chisinau International Airport "Eugen Doga".
